DC/DC Converter with MPPT

DC voltage  regulation from photovoltaic panels, with maximum power point tracking. Should output a constant voltage with variable (but limited) current.

Deliverables:

• what is the most efficient conversion circuit to produce the target voltage of the DC bus?
• how to incoporate load matching/maximum power point tracking while maintaining output voltage? What are the conditions for maximum power?
• Are there commercially available systems that already accomplish this?
