DC Subpanel

This groups tasks are to research and design the DC subpanel; including breaker and wire gauge sizing for DC circuitry within the house.

Main deliverables:

  • design circuit for LED track lighting
    • DC/DC converter from voltage of DC bus
    • identify/design efficient LED clusters
  • DC outlets
    • How to maintain voltage to the outlet?
    • DC/DC converter from voltage of DC bus
    • USB outlet-what voltage is necessary?
    • Refrigerator outlet???
